Terms and conditions

Dutch orders with an invoice value above € 100  to be sent free, each order under this amount is charged with freight costs which are mentioned on the invoice.

Orders to € 10 with an amount of € 6.00. € 10-20 with € 5.40, € 20-30 with € 4.80, € 30-40 with € 4.20, € 40-50 with 3.60, € 50-60 with 3.00, 60-70 with € 2.40, € 70-80 with € 1.80, € 80-90 with € 1.20, € 90-100 with € 0.60. All invoice totals include VAT.

Consignments which satisfy the letter box mail are passed on at actual postal costs.  Sending occurs by messenger post or post. All consignments are at the risk of purchaser. Various tariffs apply for orders outside the Netherlands. We will gladly inform you about this. Orders by mail order where the invoice is not paid, will incur an administrative fee of €25. 

Ownership of property: All goods remain property of `t Beertje Creatief until complete payment has taken place.  If payment to `t Beertje has not been made direct they may recover the goods at the cost of the purchaser.  Collection and summation costs: All costs incurred to collect funds are paid at the expense of the consumer; this includes costs of a lawyer, bailiff, collection agency etc.

Special Advertisements:  Special advertisements must be submitted in writing, by fax or email within 8 days of the advertisement.  If this period has expired, we reserve the right not to fulfil the order.

Payment:

Payment in advance: After sending off the order you will receive an invoice.  The invoice will show a 5% discount if you pay direct into our bank account number 3103.55.672.

On invoice: Payment must be in our possession within 10 days after invoice date. This method of payment is only possible if all data is completed and sent to us. We retain the right to refuse payment for an invoice. If payment extends past the period of 30 days after the end of the month in which the invoice has been dated, interest will be incurred on the invoice amount including VAT. Interest is chargeable at 1% per month.  If this occurs part way into a month it is counted as a complete month. Any extension of the invoice past the 90 days limit will be invoiced at an increased cost of 10% with a minimum of  € 55.  The invoice will be transferred to an acknowledged collection agency. Return Policy: Returns are only accepted if they have been authorised and granted by us in writing, by fax or email.  In all other cases all costs are at the expense of the shipper.

Returns remove in absolutely no respect the payment obligations except when an arrangement has been made by us with the shipper.

Price Agreement: The prices used by us are in accordance as stated on the site, typing errors excepted. The current price is inferred by the last published price. The date of entry of the order is thereby decisive.

Discounts: Holders of active HJ-STARPAS receive 5% discount. Associations, institutions, hobby clubs and consumers can make application for discounts at our discretion.

Privacy: Your name, address, phone number and email address are stored by us on behalf of our own administration and used for sending out advertisements. Addresses are not passed on to third parties.
